bonchik, if the version is not 3.x, most enemies can be defeated using the "Exile" spell. It's much harder in 3.x. But in 3.0, there's a bug: if your army is destroyed, meaning you only have a Phoenix and elementals left, the battle doesn't end. You can use them to finish off the remaining enemies, and at the very end, resurrect one of your units. I don't know how it works in 3.1.

Summoning a Phoenix is a regular summoning spell of level 5. Zehir must know it if he has upgraded his summoning magic or spellcasting ability. It can be learned in the castles of Mages, Necromancers, and Warlocks.
