I understand you're currently on the fourth mission, right?
If so, you need to visit all the keymasters (there are four of them) and then go through the last portal at the bottom.
If you're on the third mission, you just need to jump into the portal behind Cyrus (the city with Cyrus is in the far northeast).
Tip for the third mission: teach Isabel or Marcel the "Scholar" ability, and teach Marcel risky spells from Isabel (astral gate, portal to city, etc.). In the fourth mission, you'll be able to jump over the border guards.

Today at work (we have a full workday), we briefly celebrated March 8th. Afterward, during my lunch break, I started playing this mission. I completely forgot that zombies are on our side (I'm used to playing with friends as demons) and ordered to shoot down those who wanted to join me. By the time I remembered, it was too late. I'll have to start over. The Dungeon seems pretty good – there are a lot of resources that can be sold to buy units and war machines. There are also quite a few interesting neutral creatures that can be defeated without losses (I have the "Dominate" spell, which I got in the Pyramid in the previous mission). I also defeated the Titans sent at the beginning of the mission by Cyrus without any losses, even though "Dominate" doesn't work on them.

I cleared the entire dungeon, defeated all the neutral creatures and Cyrus, but I couldn't level up Markel beyond level 28.

If Markel is properly leveled up, there shouldn't be any problems, even on a hero. I bought all the chests with gold, so I had enough money to buy troops. I didn't buy or recruit zombies due to the slot shortage in version 1.5. Although, I didn't buy too many troops. At the beginning, I bought skeletons. Then I bought dragons when I reached them and recruited Death Knights. In the end, I took all the accumulated skeletons. And I still had money left. I could buy dragons with all the money, but I was too lazy to go back.

My Markel, at the maximum level for the previous mission, had all the dark and summoning spells. Against Phoenix, Subjugation, Berserk, and Raise Dead, Cyrus couldn't do anything.

I immediately downloaded one perk (it seems like "Eternal Slavery") and after each battle, skeletons and skeleton archers come to me! I built up an awesome army there... (30 dragons, ... I don't remember who else, and about 6,000 skeleton archers). I easily defeated Cyrus! (I got about 300 archers for each titan!)

COOLDEN, in the patched version of the game for the Titans, doesn't allow you to recruit archers. And Eternal Slavery raises some of its slain units.

use Berserk and Subdue more often. Let Rakshasas and Archmages destroy his troops. Use Berserk on Rakshasas, and Subdue on Archmages.

I had a lot of simple skeletons. I hired them at the very beginning of the mission. And before going to Cyrus, I picked up everyone who had accumulated during the playthrough, because their dwellings are located near the exit.

In the 3rd mission, I got all the dark and summoning spells. There is a treasure chest and a pyramid of mages. I wandered around for several months until I got everything I wanted. Therefore, I easily defeated Cyrus on the first try with minor losses. Phoenix, Dominate, and Berserk did their job.
