I didn't generate the AI's moves and bother with the ships; I simply took the Sorceress's castle on day 6 and sent out scouts in both directions... the raid (after day 6) lasted three days, destroying the opponent's heroes along the way... on day 9, the remaining two capitals were taken with new reinforcements))) ... but one pesky hero ran far away - I had to spend another day (day 10) because I had to replay to generate the moves.
