I apologize for the tautology in the title. The essence of the problem is that some issues are not being resolved, or they are resolved, but only when the need for a solution has already passed (and this doesn't necessarily lead to a positive outcome). For example, there is a clan called "Guardians of the Necronomicon." Currently, the clan has no leader (or rather, it does, and that's me, but I lack the necessary authority – "The king reigns, but does not rule"). Both I and Dmitry767 (the previous clan leader) have submitted requests regarding this, but there has been no result for about a month. As a result, the clan is gradually declining, even though there are enough people who want to join it (we've already had two this week). The current deputy clan leader rarely appears on the forum due to technical and other reasons. Ultimately, the resolution of the clan's problems is being delayed due to the unresolved issue of the leader. I hope that this is happening because the people who can solve the problems simply lack the time and energy to do so, and not for other reasons (such as a reluctance to see another clan succeed). Another problem that needs to be addressed. In recent days, there have been several unfortunate incidents on the forum that require the intervention of those with authority. I am referring to the situations that have arisen around Lis and Koren Dobra. I'm not sure if anyone has contacted those who can resolve the issue; if not, this post should be considered a request. So, let's look at things in order. Lis posted a photo of someone else without their permission; the photo was removed by Xaker. Currently, Lis has about 10 warnings, which could lead to a ban. Koren Dobra, according to his own words, created a clone to increase his Battle Rating (BR) – that's the first thing; the second thing – read Starhan's post. Let's leave aside the moral aspect of the matter. The point is that the situation is out of control, and the problem has not been resolved. The point is that this is creating a dangerous and unhealthy situation. I repeat, I hope, I even dream that all of this is happening because people lack the time and energy! Otherwise, we should conclude that the problems are being deliberately ignored. Therefore, I propose that another coordinator be appointed, who, along with the others, could resolve the issues that arise. As candidates, I suggest two options: ewgeniy and Drakkoshka. If there are other candidates, please suggest them.

There are actually many problems. Forum users constantly complain about the lack of response from the coordinators and creators to their messages... many issues, such as the "New Clan Regulations," have been unresolved for six months.
The situation boils down to the fact that, due to a lack of time, the coordinators simply close threads to stop the mutual bickering, without being able to delve into the essence of the problem.

Firstly, the topic has been cleaned up, and all that mess has been completely removed. Starhan's posts are also gone. Secondly, I don't think Evgeny is a good fit; I don't know why, but that's my opinion. Starhan would have done a better job, I think.

I completely agree with you, Draco. We also encountered some problems: SoulDrinker and I wanted to revive the Guardians of Illiara clan. We spoke with Hacker, and he said he would talk to the Creator, and this issue would be resolved. But time passes, and there is no answer, so I decided to write to the Creator, and it turned out that the Creator doesn't even know about this:eek: I simply don't know what to do next, and who can I TRUST besides myself?

Our clan is really a mess, a complete one. Those who are in it will understand what I mean ;) We need to somehow organize things.
And on the forum, and in the chat, not everything is always clear and correct. We also need to fix this – clean up the topics, keep certain users in check (don't think I have anything against anyone – I'm just stating facts ;) ).
The poor coordinators already have a lot of work, it's a pity that Alan left :( Therefore, I support the decision to appoint another, possibly two, coordinators.
Now for the fun part :D, since I'm being suggested as one of the coordinators. I'll say without false modesty or boasting – if I'm appointed, I'll be very happy and will try to do everything I can. But I doubt I'll be a great coordinator – I haven't even lowered anyone's reputation, and deleting posts from someone I know and have a good relationship with – I'm afraid that's beyond my capabilities :o So I think Evgeny is a more worthy candidate, although – thank you for having so much faith in me ;)

In my opinion, the best candidate is the creator of this thread, but Evgeny would also be a good choice. I don't think there's anyone else to suggest.

Initially, we planned to choose only one coordinator, but later it was decided to appoint two, as the current coordinators are simply unable to handle the workload. Drakkoshka also stated that it would be beyond her capabilities to delete posts and issue warnings to users. Therefore, we will have only one coordinator. I ask forum members who are interested in this issue to respond with suggestions for additional candidates for the coordinator position, so that in the end we can choose two excellent coordinators.
