Let me tell you right away for those who want to enroll in the Department of Architecture: be prepared for sleepless nights because building architecture is a nightmare, descriptive geometry is a nightmare, and engineering graphics are just awful! In general, drawing anything already makes me feel so disgusted that I want to go and get drunk (although I don't drink, well, except for a little sip). P.S.: And no Heroes! Drawing and Heroes are incompatible things!

My interests are primarily in mathematics and computer science. Therefore, I will most likely enroll in the Perm State Technical University, in the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, with a specialization in mathematical modeling. ))) By the way, are there any users on this forum who study in such a faculty?

And I can also consider chemistry as an option, since I have a very good understanding of the subject and am somewhat interested in it... And I study chemistry better than anyone else in my class) Nick, ;)

I agree with Drinker, drafting is evil, almost the most difficult thing in the world. I always considered myself connected to computers. IT, networks, system administration, and so on. And what happened? I studied for a year at MTUSI, in the IT department. It was awful. Half of the professors were eccentric aliens, and information theory, math, and physics were incredibly difficult. You had to spend hours digging through documentation to find a tiny piece of information... That's why I left. I transferred to the psychology department at RGGU, and I love psychology. I also enjoy studying English. It's funny to watch how some people sit there and memorize things, while it comes easily to me. In principle, I could have gone to Moscow State University's psychology department. The competition there is not very high, so it's quite possible to get in, but I didn't apply in time.

It seems like only natural scientists are here, not a single humanities person. I, for example, graduated with a law degree and enrolled in graduate school, but I already wrote about this in another thread (about meeting people). I have many interests, as any person does. These include: 1. Drawing (when I have nothing else to do). 2. Writing poems and stories. 3. The internet and computers, computer games – recently, I've been playing only two: Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Counter-Strike 1.6. 4. I like to make friends with good people, and lately, I'm surrounded by such people both in real life and online. I'm very grateful to them for that. 5. Recently, I've become interested in creating web pages, but I don't understand much yet. 6. I like to ride a bicycle and spend hours playing billiards. 7. I like to dream without detaching from reality. 8. I like when I have dreams, and I have them almost 6 days a week. In general, I'm just an ordinary person.

Regarding studies – I’m in the 10th grade of a general education school, and this is my 4th (final) year studying at an art school (if any of the teachers there saw my drawings here, they would kick me out :) ). I haven’t decided where to apply yet, but I’m leaning towards design. My specialty at the vocational school is seamstress. Although, I sew rather poorly :) I took 2nd place in the city-wide Russian language Olympiad and 3rd place in history, but I’m not particularly interested in these subjects. In general, my interests include a bit of art and a bit of natural sciences; I don’t like physics and economics (but tastes differ ;) ). I also, of course, enjoy computer games, listening to ABBA over and over again, drawing, and reading fantasy books. I also wouldn’t refuse to sew, knit, or cook; these are the most enjoyable things I can be made to do (I’m quite lazy). And I also like to watch my favorite movies on TV (especially the classic "Star Wars" (everyone knows why :D) and our old Soviet comedies :) ), and I try not to miss biathlon :) But in general, I don’t really like watching TV :o

Well done! I can boast about participating in the geography and chemistry Olympiads; the latter was recently, and I think I took 2nd place. It's an inter-school competition, so it doesn't really matter. I'll go to the district one next.
It's a shame I took 2nd place; I scored 41 out of 60 points, and no one else scored that high, so you could say I was 1st, but 2nd in terms of points.

I once took first place in a district math Olympiad in 8th grade. I found the process amusing – I came, casually wrote something for an hour, sat there, kicked my heels, the teacher glared at me, said something a couple of times, like, "Why did you come, boy? You're not writing anything. Have you already finished? Don't lie." I came to school two days later (it was a Saturday) – and they told me I took first place in the district. Then I went to the "gifted children" competition. Another time, I took second place in an intellectual marathon at school... they gave me a certificate... and the one who took first place got a souvenir – a globe that you can buy at a kiosk at the train station for 90 rubles.

don't go to the research institute – you'll suffer – I've been suffering there for 5 years, I work there. The job involves parkour.

I'm a humanities person... I speak German and English fluently, and I'm learning Arabic and Czech. I dream of having a Swedish self-study guide. I read too much science fiction and fantasy. I love history, political science, and finance. I listened to a course of lectures on psychology (it went in one ear and out the other). I wrote a term paper on the topic of "the color blue in German idioms." I ride a bicycle and will soon start swimming.

I am once again pleased to see that smart people play Heroes; I haven't seen this many Olympiad winners on any other gaming site. I myself am passionate about mathematics; this year, based on the results of qualifying Olympiads, I got into our best... I don't even know how to call it... a math preparatory school, or something like that. Next year, I want to study remotely at the junior mechanics and mathematics department (preparation for university admission), and then go to university... I'm also the captain of the "What? Where? When?" team; we proudly hold 28th place (although that might not be true anymore) among youth teams in Russia and the former USSR... I also love hiking in the mountains and have gotten all my friends into it. My godfather is an experienced mountaineer, so we try to go whenever we have the opportunity.

I'm currently studying IT. Calculus is tough, and physics isn't any better... So, focus on automation; it will be easier there. ;) Right now, it's exam season, and I don't feel like it, but what can you do? The professors are, of course, clueless, but I need their signatures in my grade book... :)
That's it... Oh, and I also enjoy riding my bike in the summer, and I love swimming, but not in an ice hole. I like to dream, and sometimes I enjoy philosophizing, but in that sense, you can't argue with my cat: he spends hours thinking about something, lost in a state of bliss.
Yeah, and I also play "Heroes" and other games where you can kill someone. When I'm alone, I connect to the TV (72 cm), and any game looks better on a 72 cm screen. :)

I'm already tired of studying! But I love to draw. I love drafting and especially graphics. I hate painting with gouache and watercolors! I'm planning to apply to a design program in Arkhangelsk or Kirov! I don't like physics and algebra! I like literature, beautiful love poems! I like spending time on forums or playing Heroes. I love sports. I love going fishing, sunbathing, and swimming. Meeting or getting to know girls!:smile44: Well, I'm a little lazy and I like watching anime and drawing them too!:smile01: I like to think about the meaning of life and also argue about it with friends. I love hiking and skiing, and I also like watching biathlon! I like to argue with friends about Heroes! I play football, volleyball, and do parkour in the summer (rarely). And I also love to invent my own dish or a super sandwich! Well, I also finished music school (8 years of suffering) playing the violin! And I almost have no free time, only at night...

In school, I was a "nerd" with the appearance of a "rebel" – this always confused my teachers.

I graduated from school with a medal.
Now I'm studying to be a Theater Designer at the Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute.
I'm interested in web design, photography, learning some programming languages, and I love Adobe Photoshop and 3ds MAX.
la)(ty I understand you so well!!!!!! I also graduated from the Richter No. 3 Music School in the violin class – performing in the orchestra exhausted me so much that I didn't continue down that path, but this experience has helped me many times in life.:)
