We need to make a decision on the following issues as soon as possible:
1. Ban the use of the Battle Spirit System (BSS) for users with less than 1 "bird" (negative rating);
2. 2 negative "birds" - users cannot create their own topics, and there is a 1-hour interval between posts;
3. 3 negative "birds" - the same as above, but the interval between posts is 2 hours;
4. 4 negative "birds" - the same as above, but the interval between posts is 4 hours, and the user is banned from using the chat;
5. 5 negative "birds" - a 6-month ban.
After 6 months, 1 negative "bird" is removed.

No more discussions are needed; we need specific deadlines for when this will be implemented.

Note that you have three positive "birds." So don't worry about the "disagreeable" ones; look at yourself and your clan members – almost everyone has a good morale score. Why? Because you are normal and good people, and you didn't come here by accident.

Well, that's because the bird count is active in the clan subforum... and I'm just sure they put them there for a reason and not just for fun. IMHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be interesting to know the fate of the suggestions regarding the Battle Rating System (BRS): is a draft of the new regulations being prepared/reviewed/adopted by anyone, or has another good idea been unfairly forgotten and left unattended?
My suggestion concerns prohibiting or limiting members of the same clan from changing the BRS of their fellow clan members in any way. In practice, we have a situation where it is enough to join a clan, and your "reputation" starts to increase rapidly (as one satirist said: "A respected person among his friends"). Therefore, I support limiting the ability to change the BRS of fellow clan members and prohibiting the use of the BRS in the clan subforum.

I am completely in favor. Unfortunately, you don't have to look far for examples - Zmey Gorynych increased the "spirit" 153 times on the very first evening, and there is one person who was particularly "affected" ;) - because of such moments, the very meaning of the BRS is lost...:(
I hope that all suggestions will be reviewed and adopted as soon as possible, and the changes will only benefit the forum.

I just didn't understand – can clan members not increase each other's reputation at all, or only in the clan sub-forum? The idea is certainly interesting, especially if you remember that it existed (and probably still exists) on our forum. But what if a person really comes up with a very good idea? Or, on the contrary, does something completely awful? My point of view is simple – if a person has proposed a good idea, then they probably won't be too upset if their reputation isn't increased. And if they do something bad, then you just need to kick them out of the clan, and that's the end of it. But I don't think everyone will look at Stena's proposal in the same way, and when making such an important decision, you need to consider everyone's opinion.
