Ladies and gentlemen! :) It's time to organize a small committee that will be responsible for managing/creating tournament schedules, registering for ranked tournaments, judging, promotion, etc. (Abbreviated: Tournament Management Committee for Heroes of Might and Magic 4 - KUPTO HMM4).

To be honest, I don't quite understand the purpose and authority of the organization.
The official organizer (I'll just write "official organizer" from now on) of tournaments for Heroes of Might and Magic IV (both offline and online) is Luchik.
And then we need to figure out what's what.
1) The committee can serve as an assistant to the Official Organizer, because firstly, it's quite a lot of work for one person, and secondly, it will result in a clear, neat, visual, and understandable system. Then the head of the committee will be the Official Organizer (it can also be a nominal position). And so on.
2) The committee replaces the Official Organizer. It acts as an independent organization. And so on.
3) The committee receives partial rights. For example, only judging, or something else.

The main thing is to decide what we want in the end :)

In general, this committee should oversee all tournaments for Heroes of Might and Magic IV (you are right :). But ultimately, this event depends on you.
