Next to the new town location, there is a ritual performed by clerics. On the map, you find three of them and position yourself as the fourth. A demon appears, and you kill it (by the way, it's quite weak. I gave the Tear of Avarice to Duncan. Frida easily dealt with the demon. In principle, we can leave her with Zehir, but there are already plenty of reinforcements in the form of monsters in front of the castle, and there is more than enough gold, even if you don't take them right away. So, the Tear doesn't play a significant role.

Completed! The Tear of Ashi is not really needed in the second mission (there is enough gold anyway), but it is quite useful in the third. Now I will try to move the Tear from the third mission to the fourth.
