Actually, a unicorn definitely can't be better than a hydra. Hydras might have lower damage, but that's because they attack with six heads and without a counterattack! Can your unicorn do that? And hydras are tanks; not every level 6 creature has 125 hit points. That's why their initiative is low. Ents also have low damage and intelligence for the same reasons, but that doesn't stop them from being one of the best level 6 creatures, right?
