He offered it to me first, but I didn't want to play as a vampire. Then it went to Heroist. And Lok had already tilted even earlier, when he was beaten in the arena by a literal no-name, who then took Tsaralia by right of victory. He even got a name and portrait for this feat.

What a cool Mage Guild I was back then. Not like now.

I'm noticing a certain pattern.

The situations are similar in the details, but differ in the overall picture.
Back then, I imbued Caralia with the memory of all of you—those who perished in the castle of Zhirovik (and those who died earlier, like Larte), who was the strongest in their entire sect according to the lore, and whom we nonetheless heroically defeated despite the GM's expectations—and a desire to avenge you; my scorched revenant lived solely on that self-driven fuel according to his bio. Moreover, victory had been handed to that no-name in that fight. We couldn't break through each other's defenses, and the GM decided he should cast bleeding on me, even though neither the hit nor the negative effect were allowed by the mechanics, simply because otherwise the fight would never have ended.
But in the last one, I was getting crushed from start to finish; that was already just a negligible final twig.

Tsaralia had also been enchanted by one of the fallen characters.
