Here is the root of all evil. Khotov's trees on equally Khotov-style terrain are much lusher than the vanilla trees. This can be easily seen via the game's passability markup. Why don't I use it in exp? First, it' same not aesthetic. Second, any stone will become impassable. Third, some things that it marks with yellow color.

Well, in the example you highlighted the cells in red; is it really that much more effort to do the same with the battles?

The answer to your question is right in my message)

I just don't really understand the problem with taking vanilla trees, painting impassable areas pale red, and leaving small stones and trees open. It might be a slight hit to the vibe, but it would be beautiful and avoid unnecessary questions from players.

Ferda diagonal up-left, up and hits fox 3 from the left
Maslo 2 to Ferda's spot and heals
Swordsman to Maslo 2's spot and hits fox 7 from the left
Ida to the right
Kachan to the left, diagonal up-left, left and hits fox 3 from below
If fox 3 is dead then Maslo 1 down, diagonal down-right, otherwise hits fox 3 from above
Tsulak to Swordsman's spot and hits fox 7 from above
Leader based on the result

And what point are you at? Or are you just interested?
