New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?

Jingo is currently looking around with his crazy(?) gaze...
There were many things in sight that could interest the owner of these eyes, but upon closer inspection, most of the objects turned out to be quite ordinary. Here is a bed, wide, long, most likely soft, and very conducive to a comfortable sleep. Perhaps Óna sleeps here – no one thought to build a separate room away from the "throne room." Above the bed is a sword stand, undoubtedly for Hekizo's sword. Nearby are a nightstand, a wardrobe, and a huge mirror – one in which even a sorcerer could see his reflection in its entirety. A little further away is a small round table – you could have soul-pleasing tea sessions at such a table. In another part of the room is a cabinet with dishes, some food items, and a barrel with some liquid. If you were to approach the edge of the hall and jump off, the chance of survival would be zero.
– Why leave Ikazkan if you can stay in Ikazkan? – Rurek asked philosophically, either to himself or to Óna, whom he was looking at. – Ikazkan is our home. And the surface... who knows what's there? Foreign lands. Unknown monsters.
– Materials from the surface... – Rurek stroked his beard. – Sounds like a plan!
Rurek looked at the wild little fellow with his eyes spinning wildly. Poor guy. So young, and already gone mad.
– Materials? – the sorcerer pondered. – If there are materials in the dungeon, why shouldn't they be on the surface? People build their homes from something there.
Or they don't... maybe everything died out on the surface long ago, and refugees came to Ikazkan?
Jingo reminds me a lot of one of my characters. Just replace the word "knowledge" with the word "pods".
