Regarding the contenders for victory, as I already wrote on the Nival forum, it's a realm of plagiarism. Especially number 28 – The Lord of the Rings. I can only apologize to the author if this is Peter Jackson. And also number 12. The prototype for this "masterpiece" is Prince Arthas. But even if we ignore that, this work has absolutely no relation to the heroes. It seems that the jury consisted of marketers, not art connoisseurs. I completely agree with Katrine. Besides, the best work is naturally rewarded.
I recently gave out ratings. All works with plagiarism or not related to Heroes of Might and Magic received a 1, regardless of the quality of execution!

I personally like 8 and 10 the most! What can I say, I really love undead – and these are simply masterpieces that perfectly capture the spirit of the faction:rolleyes:

Why isn't there an Academy for Titans, Mages, or Genies anywhere? :confused:

Since the contest was intended to maintain the enthusiasm of the fans, I think the Academy wasn't mentioned much because there wasn't much familiarity with it during the contest period – after all, the Academy wasn't in Heroes 3 or Heroes 4, and the fans were mostly those who played the earlier installments. That's what I think.

The name was simply changed in Heroes 5. It was even in Heroes 2 and was called "Wizards". I just think that here it took on some kind of eastern character, so it had to be drawn differently.

15 and 17 are the most beautiful. I voted for 15 because it looks more like a poster.

well, I still vote for option 26. The Archangel theme turned out well.
