The Hariset were born from the first betrayal of Murmurwood. When Taviola summoned insects to breed and take more than the forest could give, many grew sated not only with matter but with mana itself. Their newfound power led to exile, but it also created a rough collective – enough to hear the call of the King of Dragonflies. To wield their stolen magic and sustain it, they felt obligated to remain together. To do this, they needed a name, for they say that power lies within names – a piece of knowledge stolen from their former home. What they did not know was the meaning of the name they chose. Hariset was a title given to an ancient energy vortex that was part of the Ifarin Sea in ages past. Clinging to this identity, they coalesced into a single form, vaguely resembling a humanoid, but still a writhing mass beneath the surface. A collective mind within the Hive Mind, they exist to consume, wielding the stolen energy of Murmurwood and always craving more – a raging vortex given purpose.
This is a really cool hero concept, but the visuals are not very good. I would arrange the centipedes more densely, make them more repulsive and chthonic (hello! we have demon-insectoids here! I can find worms like that in any park), you could even mix them with cockroaches, maggots, bedbugs, and other nasty things, and work on the face – maybe keep the concept of a magical eye-funnel in the center, but with a denser body and framed with various mandibles and segmented legs; that would be more effective. And I would probably move away from humanoid forms, even if just a little. Right now, it's just a bunch of centipedes floating in a blue mist, which is uninspired.
Raider, Tier V A monster whose sole purpose is destruction. Raiders are dangerous creatures that strive to become apex predators. The first time I saw a Raider, I realized that the Hive is more than just an anomaly – it has a direction and a purpose. They are not just beasts, but predators obsessed with reaching the top.
P.S. "The Raider" in 1080p didn't fit, so it's 720p.
Added 15 hours and 23 minutes ago It seems to me, or does the majority of Dungeon creatures have very low speed and initiative? Are they suggesting that they crawl across the already small arena in four turns?
So, it seems that the Humans are really struggling with finding interesting content, lol.
I wonder what program the artist is using to draw. Photoshop, I guess?
The lighting effect turned out great; I need to experiment with blending modes. I'm currently struggling to create good glows, but this seems to be done in a single layer and looks bright. Although, it might also depend on the color...
The reflections on the hand are terrible. Just go over the outline with blue, and it will already look better; that's the basics. The hand itself isn't very good; fingers have two joints, but here there's only one.
And in general, did it seem to me, or is the artist smudging with their finger in some places? Using a finger was already considered a faux pas back in the late 2000s; you need to be extremely careful with this tool. Nowadays, there are many great programs with great brushes that look much more beautiful and natural, even with low skill. For example, I like the default oil brush in Clip Studio; it applies and mixes colors very nicely.
Also, I didn't particularly like how it was edited. I would have shown everything from the very beginning, from the construction and sketch, and the detailing could be shortened. 80% of the drawing is done in 20% of the time, and obsessing over details doesn't look as impressive in a time-lapse.

Elixir of Life All life is sacred and deserves to be preserved – the druids of Murmurwood know this better than anyone. Set of 2: Allied units are healed by a percentage of their HP at the start of each round. Fallen units can be revived. Set of 3: Allied units have increased maximum HP.
