But people die everywhere, not just in this region, and in other countries too. And I don't quite understand what such control would look like – giving every driver a Tesla that would adjust traffic and avoid collisions? This would bankrupt the entire planet just to provide for one country. Or taking away everyone's personal cars and putting them in Tesla buses – that wouldn't be an improvement either, and it's also unrealistic. And in any case, there will be bugs and unforeseen weather situations that won't reduce road fatalities to zero.
