Expedition: general discussions. Auto-translated

But you wanted it back then, right? Go ahead.

but I don’t have the willpower of a Fragment/Arz/Heroes enthusiast to log in once a day/once a week (no irony intended, they are great at prioritizing, and then they still come and write brilliant posts that you could frame).

GM control needs to be implemented for this: a GM should respond to a specific player with no more than a certain number of messages per day/week.

and all answers to the gray posts.

Try using fewer shades of gray when writing.

they know how to prioritize

There's no point without Heroist. I hope he's just busy or decided to take a break from this place, and not something else.

There's also no point without Ment. I hope he was just joking about being addicted, and not serious.

For some reason, when I read Ment's message, I had a fleeting thought that the expansion depended on him, as a player, perhaps more than on others. And now Revan is writing.

Even though I don't play, I wouldn't want this to end.

But, by the way, I don't play for a similar reason. I either fully immerse myself in the expansion or focus on real life. And since I have a lot of work and need to remember about my family, I simply can't manage it.

if you try opening it, it’s better to do it before New Year’s.

First of all, due to personal time constraints, I probably won't be participating in the expansion.

Is Lifetracker quitting?

First Plessen, now Ment 😔 At least Astral appeared, maybe Yaschur will be next...

Alright, now I bring a plate of internet with me to the front every time, and all sorts of cops are spreading demoralizing propaganda, saying they can't handle it.

There are also other gradations between 24/7 and once a day, for example, several times a day. It's not necessary to strain and strive for unnecessary perfectionism with ten-paragraph posts every five minutes; everyone understands. Previously, we played casually in a similar format, and there were no problems at all; we had a lot of fun and memorable games. For example, I played half of Reyma-3, Sakuramori, and Cerebralia on my phone from work, logging in during lunch and in the evening, and it was fine. Other friends had similar experiences.
No one is promising a game with 30,000 posts right now, where you have to go above and beyond.

Back then, I wasted a lot of time simply because of the players' activity. When I lived in the Far East, it looked something like this: I went to bed, went to school, came home, and there were at least a couple of hundred posts. And you either read and get involved, or you don't understand what's going on.
It was the same when I started working a strict schedule in Moscow time. When you come home late in the evening and see a bunch of messages, you just don't feel like it anymore.

When there’s nothing to disinfect a wound with.

maybe Yaschur will be there too...

I was thinking... If the GM, when "choosing the watermelons," posts password-protected archives with all possible options (like in the first Mafia game), I'll most likely play with a 90+% probability. And instead of randomness, you could offer the player to "choose a number from 1 to 100," for example. And also an archive with options. The GM doesn't care, but I'll feel more comfortable...
The only GM who did that – Amko – has long since left "Planet Hv"...

During gameplay, there are too many situations involving watermelons to create a password-protected archive for each one.
