Here's a question about Heroes 5 - Tribes of the East. In the very last scenario, when the hero-mage received 4 Thunderbirds every week, after about 100 Thunderbirds, a vassal hero appeared, and the Thunderbirds started appearing with him. I had to drag them to myself, leaving him with some weak warrior. I'm curious about the appearance of this hero on the map – it's like a UFO from the movie "Mars Attacks!". Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it a joke by those who copied the disc, even though I bought a licensed copy? Or does anyone still have save files? It's an old concept, at least I've seen it before. It looks cool – everyone is on horses, and then suddenly there's a flying saucer.

funny stuff, I remember searching all over Warcraft for them :)

but the tank and the airplane in Heroes didn't appeal to me (I guess Nival took that from their own WWII wargames) (but the Zerg in Warcraft is cool).

What's so special? It's an old joke. You can see a tank (and play with it) or play as the god Arcat (Godzilla). Or you can see an elf in a spacesuit (if you need a screenshot, I'll show you).

I know that the tank can be seen. But can you actually play with it? The same goes for the Arcat.

That elf isn't exactly in a spacesuit. He's more like wearing a panzerkleid))) I think those who played Silent Storm know what I mean.

yeah, yeah :) I'm a fan of Heroes, not wargames about WWII. If they had let us play as Roland or Jell, instead of just mentioning Sandro and Craig Hack, it would be much more interesting. Instead, we're just looking at a tank, an airplane, and a UFO (although XEL ;) might be preparing us for a new Cyber City in Heroes :))
