- So, that's what it is...
The charming thief suddenly realized that since these were training chests, they couldn't be called pristine, which was only confirmed by their empty contents.
- I wonder how many people and lockpicks have touched their precious locks? Surely more than necessary to maintain their dignity.
Having grasped this unexpected revelation, she tries to open the two remaining chests.

. – Well, if you, sir, enjoy sticking your fingers where they don’t belong, try this trick with this box as well, – Gelana points to a sinister-looking black box, – under normal circumstances, there is no chance of survival, but perhaps your Will will help you...
Wait a minute, couldn't you have just mentioned the Will?

Can the character die now because they were forced to make a choice that couldn't be avoided? 🤔

- I don't really like this. I'd rather not do it, especially after such warnings. What is it anyway?

"– I'm tired..." – a spoiled city girl might say, but the tentacled sorceress was not one of them, and so she returns to the task with the same enthusiasm as before.

If anything, Nebochek, it's your turn now.

The Priestess chuckled softly.

“Whenever it comes to helping the followers of Istiris, you’re always eager to assist, but when it comes to helping the priestesses of your own goddess, you suddenly become hesitant. I didn’t offer a choice, sir. We need this small experiment on the Will-bearers. As for the contents... decay, decline, insignificance... that’s what’s inside. In theory, Istiris’s power protects against this putrid influence, but this information requires verification. Be brave, sir. May the grace of Lady Ceraria be with you!

Captain Akoren made an ambiguous gesture, either ordering them not to argue or implying that everything would be alright.

Meanwhile, in the basement with the chests:

Attempt to pick the lock: failure!

The chest didn’t even think about giving up.

- I am much more resilient than I might seem at first glance, - this statement, directed at the chest, was followed by a new attempt to break it open.

- Do you really think that the radiant Radiant O'Milu can be defeated by some box with a lid and a lock? - The woman lightly slaps her opponent on the side, as if it were his butt. - That won't happen. New attempt.
