There are many fans who avoid the fourth, sixth, and seventh installments. Many believe that the fifth part is the last worthy installment of "Heroes," after which came a dependence on the Internet, on Uplay, and a crisis of ideas and poor testing. In your opinion, which is worse – the fourth, sixth, or seventh part?

I haven't played any of them, but I criticize the seventh installment for its pseudo-animated cutscenes, bugs, and weak storyline.

The main issue lies with Ubisoft's greed, which resulted in the extreme budget constraints of the seventh installment and cost-cutting measures across the board, coupled with an exorbitant price tag for the game. Add to that the tight deadlines, the lack of attention to the game as a whole, and so on. However, technically, the seventh installment is not a bad game. It's a game with unrealized potential. In many ways, it was designed to be compatible with the fifth installment and closer to the classic games. Considering the totality of the problems, the seventh installment can be considered the worst in the series.

It would be best to include all parts in the poll, even just for the record. I think the worst part of the game is the first one. It's not a bad game, but it's hopelessly outdated and, compared to the later parts, it's very difficult to play. It lacks many essential features, including the market, and there are only four factions. Half of the building models are the same in all cities, heroes don't have secondary skills, and so on. Yes, it's not quite right to criticize the pioneer and originator of the series, but I'm judging based on the perspective of someone who started with the later parts and knows what Heroes can be. But I love the second one. I started with the third, but I watched let's plays of the second one with my dad for a while, and there are many fond nostalgic memories associated with that part, which were unlocked when I played the game myself at a more mature age. Yes, the second one still lacks many familiar features, but the game has become more convenient, it's enjoyable to play, and the graphics and atmosphere are ultimately charming. The third Heroes is okay for me, it might even be the best part of the game, but it's definitely not my favorite. Although it was almost my first video game. Perhaps there's a bit of emotional bias here; I've encountered too many people in my life who praise the third game while simultaneously criticizing my favorite part of Heroes, but that's a separate topic. In any case, I don't criticize the third Heroes, I even like it a little, just not as much as the other parts. I'm ready to fight and shed blood for the honor of the fourth one. For me, it's the best and most beloved part of the game. I remember when the fourth part came out; I was about ten years old. I remember my excitement about the new graphics, new units, and new mechanics. The female magic users of the Order seemed to me to be the epitome of female beauty, and I was ready to sell my soul for the wolves, white kittens, and magical dragonlings. The fourth game had a very strong influence on my work; I borrowed approximately 95% of the units, heroes, locations, skills, and spells for my own setting, and even now, after many revisions and changes, traces of the fourth part of Heroes can still be found in my magical setting. Anyone who calls the fourth game the worst part will have to deal with me =_=< I also remember the release of the fifth game very well; I was blown away by the graphics and the design of the units. The female magic users of the Order were no longer the ideal of beauty; that position was taken over by fairies, succubi, dark elves, and, of course, Rani Rakshasa (kitties!!!), and the Vordans were my crush at the time; I even put a Vordan on my wallpaper. Oh yes, around that time, I got internet access and I came here; as far as I remember, I was already waiting for the expansion with the barbarians here. I love the fifth game and have fond nostalgic feelings for it, but it's not the top game in my eyes. I want to defend the sixth game a little. I was already following its release closely; as far as I remember, I was even made a newsmaker and moderator of the new part's section. I had high hopes for the sixth part because, at that time, I already had a pattern: even-numbered parts of Heroes appealed to me much more than odd-numbered ones. The sixth part deviated a little from this pattern, but it didn't disappoint me. Yes, it's bland and casual; the gameplay for different factions feels roughly the same, and the game has lost much more than it has gained. But overall, it's still a playable part that I played for a while and even enjoyed. The seventh Heroes doesn't exist. Given the direction the series took after the fifth, I think it would have been given to some little-known studio with almost no experience and given impossible deadlines, resulting in a raw, buggy, unfinished game with an unpleasant grayish visual style, very clunky gameplay, a confusing interface, and a bunch of strange decisions that would further worsen the gaming experience. It's a good thing that I'm only speculating, and in reality, there are only six numbered parts of the turn-based Heroes, and the seventh belongs to the same realm of strange hypothetical dystopias as Disney's numbered sequels to "Star Wars." 4 > 2 > 5 > 3 > 6 > 1 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 7
