New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?

I created this thread to discuss various inter-clan issues at the clan leadership level.

The purpose of creating this thread is to address issues constructively and at the appropriate level.
For example, the issue with moderation.
The rules state that a representative thread should contain only one post. In reality, today I deleted a bunch of posts from one of the Clans' threads.
Let's figure out what happened.
It turns out that I intruded into someone else's thread. Is that not good? Of course, it's not good!
But what to do?
In this thread, you can politely ask, for example, to clean up their representative threads.

If questions arise (for example, "I'll close the Representative thread, but how will people apply to join the Clan?") - then create a thread for those who want to join the Clan.

In fact, you are the Deputy Leader of the clan, aren't you?
As you can see, the discussion about the Representative topic has reached a point where even the Creator has paid attention to it. But not all Leaders have found the time and opportunity to FOLLOW THE RULES (it's not funny, is it?).
And this topic is needed so that we don't have to write private messages, of which I have 192, and I delete them daily.
In my opinion, we need to clearly understand the following:
1. We, the clan leaders, are the ones who manage the clan. Not someone else.
2. We need to discuss emerging issues, consult when necessary, and develop clan policy.
3. Not all topics require convening a Leaders' Meeting, many things can be resolved through a simple dialogue here...

There are several nuances here.
1. Not all Clan Leaders have the opportunity to be constantly present on the forum. That's why I mentioned the possibility of posts from deputies.

Colleagues, did you see this?

This is how we live. Why does this happen? This isn't the first time...

I can offer the following assumptions.
1. The idea of Clans is popular and correct.
2. Perhaps the Clan rules are not clearly visible? What should we do? It’s useless to pin them as the first post. Maybe we need to duplicate this topic in a lower section? Does anyone else have any ideas?
3. There is also a broader aspect to all of this, which goes beyond the competence of the Clan movement. Don't you think, fellow moderators, that users with at least a certain number of posts should be allowed to CREATE topics? And when I look at some sections, it's just chaos – duplicated topics and so on ...
