Posts from HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.
Guys, is there a plugin for HD+ that allows you to completely destroy captured castles?

Anyway, getting back to my previous post. I figured out what the problem was! The first time, the update didn't install correctly, which is why the "rollback" button was inactive, but it does work properly and becomes active if the update installs correctly in one go. I didn't roll back from Baratorch's site, but from another Might and Magic site (I had to search for it - there are 2 games there: the entire Heroes of Might and Magic series and the Might and Magic series), which also has all the previous versions of the HD mod, if you need to download them! So, the latest update 5.2 R74 is also flawed, and the in-game time display doesn't fit because, with the SOD_SP plugin enabled (which is intended for single-player), there shouldn't be an online lobby button, but it's there! This button is present in this latest update with the SOD_SP plugin, but it shouldn't be there, and it covers the date, so you can't see what day it is in the game. I had to roll back to the previous version, 5.2 R72. I hope Baratorch reads this forum and sees that something needs to be fixed in the update))) Because sometimes, one update fixes something, but another messes it up.
Also, here's a slightly "cheaty" suggestion. Allow transferring artifacts from the backpack to another hero at a distance: for example, take one artifact from the backpack and place it on the image of one of your heroes when the hero's characteristics and secondary skills are displayed, thus transferring the artifact to the hero's backpack at a distance. This would save a turn, mana, and time. It would be convenient.
If I posted in the wrong place - feel free to move it to the appropriate section.
I install HoMM III Complete [Rus][GoG ver.4.0]+HotA+press update HD (If I install HD 5.2 R99 first, and then HotA, I assume the old one will be on top of the new one. Since HotA already includes HD). Accordingly, I don't connect any plug-ins.
The game lacks extended information about the starting hero and the button to invite a hero at the tavern!
What could be wrong?
Or did the developer drop these add-ons in newer versions?
I figured it out a bit:
Extended info about the starting hero is only available if you first select RMG, and then additional options (this works both in Complete and in HotA). In other cases it doesn't work!
Either this is how it's supposed to be, or it's a bug. On the developer's website, extended info about the starting hero is listed under the scenario manager section, not in RMG (although the screenshot was taken in RMG).
Dear baratorch, surely such a suggestion has been made before)
The game has a manual; for obvious reasons it doesn't work), although technically it could be fixed. But the manual isn't really needed anyway). However, a hotkeys table would be useful both for newcomers and for those coming back for nostalgia). Preferably invoked via F keys, like F4.
I figured it out a bit:
The "invite hero at tavern" button is disabled by default - <UI.Tavern.InviteHero> = 0.
I'd like to clarify the functionality with the developer!?
If <UI.Tavern.InviteHero> = 1, does this button get automatically disabled in network mode?
CURRENT RELEVANCE:
When using HoMM III Complete [Rus][GoG ver.4.0]+HotA+update HD+SuperPack_Rus (ver.1.5) or HoMM III Complete [Rus][GoG ver.4.0]+update HD+SuperPack_Rus, is it relevant to use SuperFix_Common (ver.1.3), or are identical fixes already included in SuperPack_Rus (ver.1.5)?
Can anyone help?
This is the "Taming of the Wild" quest, where you need to clear the map of enemies.
I've already strained my eyes looking in both HD+ and the standard version, but I can't find anyone, and it won't let me proceed to the next game.
