Yeah... read mine, you'll die laughing ;) They all appeared in the last 2 weeks. And they all came from very specific people. Isn't that a reason to think? :) IMHO, it is. They also declared us and Rapper as "clan enemies" - some well-known personalities (by the way, closely related to the remarks made to me and him) - this is also an indicator.
This is a reason to calm down, not to think. I see that you haven't remained in debt to the mentioned personalities either. And the result is a hundred messages from both sides on the topic of "who is still a jerk to whom" throughout the inter-clan section + including two violations of moderation rules on your part. I'm not taking either side - neither yours nor the mentioned personalities. But this is some kind of darkness.
Colleagues, everything is fine. Vanechka, trust me – Ta Kotoraya... is a fair person. All clans are welcome to join the League of Might and Magic Clans, and I hope that membership in the organization will become an honorable duty for each clan.
This is a reason to calm down, not to dwell on it. I saw that you also haven't settled your debts with the mentioned individuals. And the result is a hundred messages from both sides on the topic of "who is still a jerk to whom" throughout the inter-clan section + including two violations of moderation rules on your part. I'm not taking either side - neither yours nor the mentioned individuals'. But this is just awful.
I agree - it's awful... But I didn't start it. I'm a person who gets riled up easily - and I'm particularly sensitive to justice:o I have to respond in kind. Although I end up feeling ashamed of the squabbles:o
And violations of moderation rules - interesting, where and when? I didn't find any such violations and don't remember... Maybe someone can tell me - what did I do wrong? Maybe there really is a reason to think about it:rolleyes:
P.S. I apologize for the off-topic.
Если тебе не везёт в жизни, - играй в какую-нибудь другую игру:rolleyes: Лидер клана "Из многих единое" Приключения – это сплошные неприятности, только про них почему-то потом интересно вспоминать...
And now it's my turn to have a moment of glory. Tanya, it doesn't matter who started, what matters is who finished, and I, for example, finished. The leader here is reminding me of what I wrote before: reputation and spirit are not indicators, and I'm also against new changes.
Raper, I like your version.
I recommend clarifying the numbers (instead of 2-3 months, write either 2 or 3) and rereading it for stylistic improvements.
Also, the opinion of representatives from the clan "Man is a man's..." is very important to me.
In general, introducing any filter for clan registration is a good thing, so even without reading the terms, I was in favor of its adoption.
After reading it, a couple of thoughts arose:
The terms contain many numbers, and as I understand it, the LZMС (presumably a moderation team) will be responsible for monitoring compliance with the terms as a whole, as well as compliance with deadlines, the number of posts, the database, etc. The question is: will specific people be responsible for this, or are all members of the LZMС obligated to monitor compliance with the terms on the forum? For example, regarding an "active forum user," this needs to be calculated from the date of the clan registration application, 2 months ago. You need to go to the user's profile, view their messages, scroll down the list to the calculated date, and count the posts upwards. If there are 30 or more posts, then the forum user is active and has the right to be a member of the clan or its leader, right?
1. I'm sorry, but personally, I wouldn't want to do this, and as a member of the LZMС, I'm supposed to do it, right?
2. If active users should be in the clan, then it turns out that in some ACTIVE clans, there will be several people who do not meet the requirements. What should be done with them – exclude them? And what if this is a mega-player who doesn't make posts but just plays in Tournaments?
But please, don't take this as criticism, but just as my thoughts. In general, I like the terms, and the idea of reports on the work done is really valuable! Reports should be provided quarterly, and I think that it is precisely based on them that it will be possible to judge the usefulness, necessity, and justification for the clan's presence on the resource.
You won't need to regularly browse user profiles. Why? There will be (I have no doubt) people who want to do that.
Someone caring (once a year) will write in a private message, "Let's disband Clan A because..."
You will need to check all the "because..." reasons in that case. I think this won't happen often.
Okay... 1) The numbers need to be clarified – that's correct! 2) Regarding the "active forum user" – I suggest asking the creator to make this automatic. That is, until 2 months have passed, it's not allowed (i.e., there's no "request to create a clan" button). Two criteria will be the number of posts. So, if a user logs in once and then again after 2 months, and they don't have any posts, the "button" will still be missing.
What about the fact that some ACTIVE clans will have a few people who don't meet the requirements? What should be done with them – exclude them?
No. Active users are the 4 minimum people needed to join a clan. That is, only they should have the required number of posts and Battle.net ID (B.net ID). But you can outline different requirements for them – for "COMBAT" or "ANALYTICAL" clans. That is, the number of posts and the type of activity before clan registration will differ! For example: for 3 (excluding the leader – he has separate requirements) members of a future "COMBAT" clan, it's not necessarily required to have "N" posts, but then they must participate in a tournament before or during the creation of the clan (the Warlord's Cup runs year-round!) + a report on participation in tournaments (it doesn't have to be written by the fighters themselves; the leader of the future clan can write it). For 3 members of an "ANALYTICAL" clan, there will be different requirements – that is, they must have "N*2" posts and a report on the work done! (it doesn't have to be written by the analysts themselves; the leader of the future clan can write it). And the rest can be accepted even if they are completely new (0 posts, neutral B.net ID)!
Adelaide, I am very glad for this constructive dialogue. By the way, I deeply respect your clan – both the players are strong and the people are worthy.
Dedicated people within the LZMС will monitor compliance with the rules. And of course, if this type of activity is not very interesting to you, no one is going to force you – believe me, there will be enough people willing to perform control and accounting functions. But your vision of various aspects of the clan movement, your role in making resolutions of the LZMС – this, as it seems to me, is needed for the forum.
Regarding inactive players. If their number in the clan is less than 70% of the total number and there are only 4 active players left, no one will touch the clan. And a player participating in a tournament usually leaves at least one post. However, if you can suggest another wording for this item, it would be very good.
Sincerely,
Qwerty
People are more focused on the matter at hand... there's no need to voice thoughts that are irrelevant or lead nowhere. Sorry if I offended anyone, I just can't stay silent when most topics involve more unnecessary chatter than actual action.
In any case, our Creator will decide everything. The topic has been sent to him for consideration. I think everything that needed to be discussed has been discussed here. Topic closed.
