In general, introducing any filter for clan registration is a good thing, so even without reading the terms, I was in favor of its adoption. After reading it, a couple of thoughts arose: The terms contain many numbers, and as I understand it, the LZMС (presumably a moderation team) will be responsible for monitoring compliance with the terms as a whole, as well as compliance with deadlines, the number of posts, the database, etc. The question is: will specific people be responsible for this, or are all members of the LZMС obligated to monitor compliance with the terms on the forum? For example, regarding an "active forum user," this needs to be calculated from the date of the clan registration application, 2 months ago. You need to go to the user's profile, view their messages, scroll down the list to the calculated date, and count the posts upwards. If there are 30 or more posts, then the forum user is active and has the right to be a member of the clan or its leader, right? 1. I'm sorry, but personally, I wouldn't want to do this, and as a member of the LZMС, I'm supposed to do it, right? 2. If active users should be in the clan, then it turns out that in some ACTIVE clans, there will be several people who do not meet the requirements. What should be done with them – exclude them? And what if this is a mega-player who doesn't make posts but just plays in Tournaments? But please, don't take this as criticism, but just as my thoughts. In general, I like the terms, and the idea of reports on the work done is really valuable! Reports should be provided quarterly, and I think that it is precisely based on them that it will be possible to judge the usefulness, necessity, and justification for the clan's presence on the resource.
