The artwork with the rider came about almost randomly. I couldn't think of anything specific from classic artists, so I searched for some and came across "The Last Day of Pompeii" (I was also considering submitting it, but decided someone else might). Then, while looking at other paintings by Bryullov, I noticed this one and was simply amazed by how well everything is drawn here (both the people and the animals). I might not have even seen it before the contest.

1 - 9 - a good place, nice houses, beautiful nature, the only thing that bothers me is the road. Usually, riff-raff roams along the road. If it's a busy road, I wouldn't want to live here.
2 - Arets, did you send it? If it were another country and another location, I would have written that such places usually attract riff-raff, and I would have rated it much lower, but this location certainly doesn't apply, and I wouldn't even think of writing that. Excellent place, I recommend it to everyone. But I'll give it a 5 only because it's not my cup of tea.
3 - on the one hand, what's below can only be described as the creation of riff-raff, and even brought to a state of disrepair, but on the other hand, there's a chance that no one lives there, which is definitely a plus, and such a color scheme adds extra spice to the already colorful landscape. Everything else I definitely liked, and as a pleasant ending - a large distance to fall, or water in which you can drown, ending your own suffering. 9
4 - I'm having trouble deciding whether this is a good place or not. On the one hand, it's Japan, so the place should be more or less decent, on the other hand, there are clear signs of riff-raff infestation behind the trees and the pond. Even if we assume that there may be few local residents here, and they will be polite enough not to come to my lighthouse and temple territory without an invitation, then at least there will be some number of riff-raff tourists here, against whom they even put barbed wire on these fences. I want to give it an eight, but it will still be a 7, because from a distance, this place looks generally uncomfortable in these criteria - as if there is a body of water in front of you, and behind you are trees that have twisted and pushed you onto a narrow rocky patch, and while you are huddled on it, riff-raff can jump out from behind the trees at any moment.
5 - a good place, not very diverse, but beautiful, a high place to fall, and even if there is often riff-raff here, you wouldn't know it from this picture. You can live here, walk around, and just be. I won't say that it touched my soul despite being pleasant, but according to objective criteria - 10.

This is unforgivable, and I won't even give Japan a higher rating for this.
