I went to bed at half past twelve and fell asleep instantly. Woke up at eight. Had some weird dream, indirectly related to my complexes and the Elden Ring mod I've been checking out on Twitch, but I've almost completely forgotten it anyway.
Also, my throat seems to have cleared up by morning. Maybe not completely, but close to it. Great morning!

And I went to bed at 0:40 today, fell asleep after 1:40, woke up in the middle of the night (or early morning, didn't check the time, everyone was asleep, so I just lay there) from the sounds of bombing.
