Getting equipment for a horse is not a problem; no one prevents you from changing gear during battles (except that it's a hassle for whoever counts them), especially when you have a lord at hand whom you only need to ask (unless you have Carnea — she'll first hit you with that horse, if you know what I mean).
Observing the battles and especially the actions of potential opponents, Axel decides to change something in his equipment. The Knight headed to Mariarnelia.

I didn't know phantom women were contagious too...

Is that bastard eavesdropping from invis?
What about dismounting?

So you have a sword that reduces accuracy. It procs once and the opponent never hits, not to mention the burn that takes away a ton of HP. I need to hit the wyvern three times first, while you'll kill the horse in two turns without armor.

Well, maybe he's just standing nearby and pretending not to look at Deus's ears (and therefore his gaze falls on her chest).
Should I address the judge, the organizer, or my own lord? The latter, though a Sorceress, I doubt can conjure armor in 5 minutes. It would probably be more logical to go to the first two.

Buddy, first of all I need to hit you, and secondly you have a sword that causes paralysis — you can take the wyvern out of the fight with one blow. Plus you have an OD for a precise attack and a chance not to waste it. If you really want, we can do it like real men: no mounts, no equipment, no curses, no active skills, no heals, with default identical swords.
