Women dressed in clothes are walking around. The only downside is the unpleasant humidity.
This is unclear...
And we have constant overcast weather and temperatures ranging from 2 to 7 oC every day. It also rains, but not very often. In general, winter should already be starting, but no! It seems this awful weather will last until the New Year - and if not, then at least until mid-January - and in December, it will start raining again!
Всё не так плохо как Вы думаете. Всё намного хуже!

It's clear that you've never been to the Russian Far East and don't know what it's like to commute to work/school in -40 (usually even 42-25), not even hoping that anyone will cancel anything. Unless, of course, there's a strong wind, in which case younger students are allowed not to go to school.
Yes, yes, I now live in Voronezh, where the weather is now roughly the same as in Nebosa, and I haven't thought about icy frosts for the second year, but still.
The climate in the Urals is very peculiar, so even -25 degrees Celsius feels like -35. And this is not just my opinion, but the opinion of people who came here from Yakutia – and they certainly know a thing or two about frost.

Well, you shouldn't have been born in Russia...

You can certainly protect yourself from any weather, but the question is how much time it will take, and whether you'll look like a bear preparing for hibernation in all that gear when you're ready to embark on an expedition to the North Pole... Although now, when I go for a run, my eyes freeze and ice forms on my eyelashes. Yes, that's pretty cool. But otherwise, it's okay; at least the air is fresh.
