I am proud of you, fellow countrymen! I personally practice everything listed above, except for milk, crying, and donating blood.

There's no sex, we only eat lard, and it's cold sleeping on the floor without clothes. The state sucks our blood, and we cry afterward. We drink milk for anemia, and beer for sadness...

Why doesn't anyone ask if sleeping is beneficial?

Usually, people choose to "sleep" or "not sleep" based not at all on the effect on their health or personal preferences.
