What kind of problem is this? First, you should specify the path – where to download the map and save file, then use a program (e.g., WinRAR) to extract it, and also specify the directory (folder) where you will place the ready-made file. Then put everything in its proper place – the save file in the Games folder, and the map in the Maps folder. Check if you did it that way...
