It's just that there isn't a clear definition yet regarding the possibility of using navigation bonuses – remember the 4th stage of the blitz (that's what I was referring to...). For those who didn't participate – you get in a boat, receive amazing bonuses to movement, then sail away to the sea and end up in the desired castle...
That's basically all I wanted to clarify (but regarding the use of versions – I really feel sorry for Ley).

1. It would have been possible a long time ago to simply prohibit the use of versions other than SoD 3.2.

That's why I asked my question, as someone playing on version 3.0 or other versions has a slight advantage.
