I only played Tactician`s Corner 3 properly; I can confidently say that it is a quality and balanced map, with battles being engaging and interesting in 90% of cases. The author of the map is Alex Vinogradov aka Horn, which speaks volumes. As far as I remember, there were 2 tournaments held on HeroesWorld based on this map.
