It doesn't know how to find where the game was installed, so it's not for mods. The Tribes of the East 3.1 installer doesn't include mods. And the build I have includes various mods, modding programs, documentation, and so on.
I'll make the header look better later. But if you install the game with this installer, you can also install mods as optional add-ons by selecting checkboxes. Maybe I'll add an installation option from the internet in the future.

Okay. Just keep in mind that it's important to avoid anything that could be perceived as pirated software, as things are getting stricter with internet control these days. But if it's just various NCF executables and the like, then that should be fine, I suppose.
