I. General Questions.

3. There is bidding for the right to choose the Color.
After choosing the color, red bans from 1 to 3 heroes, after which blue chooses a hero first. The starting bonus is random.

II. Organizational Questions.
1. This is a fan tournament.
2. When registering, participants must provide their Discord login and correct in-game name if it does not match the forum nickname.
3. Tournament hosts and judges:
Tournament host: Dirty_Player (Discord: Dirty_Player#3487).
Tournament judges: Wanted!!!
4. If it is impossible to resolve a controversial issue on your own, the judges will seek help from AK.
The host has the right to make any changes to the regulations and rules during the tournament if necessary.
5. For each played game, participants must submit a report and confirmation in this thread, created automatically.
Saves of all games must be saved until the end of the tournament and submitted upon first request by the tournament host or any member of AK.
6. Information about the progress of the tournament is updated as needed and is located at the beginning of this topic.
7. All tournament games are included in the seasonal rating. The list of reports for the tournament is also located at the beginning of this topic. It is not necessary to have a lobby rating in Hota to play.
8. The winner of the tournament receives a medal under their avatar and the right to participate in the "Final Battle 14" tournament. (If there are more than 32 participants)
III. Deadlines.
All participants in the tournament must strictly adhere to the announced deadlines:
1. Immediately after the start of the next stage or round, contact your opponents/opponent to preliminarily arrange the games. To agree means to come to an agreement after negotiations, discussion. An offer without a response will not be considered an agreement.
2. Participants must inform the tournament hosts about temporary problems (with internet access, trips, personal matters).
3. The preferred time for tournament games is daytime (12-24 Moscow time) on weekends and evening (19-24 Moscow time) on weekdays. If a participant cannot play at this time, the host will interpret the absence of a game result in favor of his opponent.
4. Players who disappear from the tournament end up on the blacklist.

IV. Regulations.
The system depends on the number of those wishing to participate. Preliminary:
Olympic system, Single Elimination. First rounds BO1, starting with the quarterfinals and further BO3. This item may be changed.
