Before reading the thread, I thought it was just one girl. I don't know Japanese; I'm a simple person, I see a guy who looks like he's good at oral sex, and I vote for him.
It's clear. The top ones are voting for the guy, and the bottom ones are voting for the girl.
The top ones are voting for beautiful, romantic relationships, where you love and are loved in return.
And the bottom ones are voting for a lack of self-control and for the unpleasant reality that in the next second, someone will kick you in the groin (and rightly so, don't go around with such a maniacal face).
In short, in shoujo manga (and even in not-so-great Western novels), the attractive love interests that readers are supposed to root for often spout creepy, awkward lines and generally have quite distinctive mannerisms. But all this creepiness is intended by the author to be perceived as romantic. If we take Western novels as an example, we don't have to look far – just remember "Twilight" and "Fifty Shades of Grey." And, as I see it, the collection of images is precisely what satirizes this aspect.
All the heroines in NTR doujinshi talk like that on the first pages.

That’s why it’s been hard for me to find something to read from Chinese porn comics in recent years. Sometimes you find a plot where everything seems good, and the main characters aren’t just stupid bitches, but seem like real people. And then either they give you a ton of childhood psychological traumas, and you realize that you’ve been following mentally ill people all this time, which isn’t that bad, or they give you bullshit where a lot of possessiveness kicks in (sometimes in adequate ways, and sometimes not) and stupid actions. That’s why I haven’t read Chinese porn comics for a long time, because the same thing has become tiresome and doesn’t resonate.
But this doesn’t negate the fact that a cute guy “making a girl his” is better, if she doesn’t mind, considering that many real-life girls really don’t mind, than a creepy guy who is about to rape a girl, just because he has a raging boner.
