After the intensified clan building on our portal, some negative aspects of these actions became apparent. We started arguing with each other, quarreling, and getting offended. Clan affiliation is replacing personal friendship. Therefore, I propose creating an extra-clan, informal association based on the principles of honor and friendship.
The Manifesto of the Heroic International
1 - The Heroic International (HI) is an extra-clan association of portal users.
2 - HI is an unofficial association that does not aim to create another clan.
3 - HI is not built on a clan, racial, or any other differentiating basis, but exclusively on the principle of personal friendship and mutual respect.
4 - The main goal of HI is to maintain good relations between all users and resolve any conflicts between them.
5 - To join HI, you do not need to leave your clan, you do not need to renounce its charter, slogans, and so on. All that is needed is a conscious decision from any user.
6 - The only condition for HI members is honesty towards each other, mutual respect, and a desire to resolve all issues peacefully.
7 - If HI members play against each other, fulfilling their obligations to the clan, they should not turn the duel into a battle, but treat it as a friendly game.
8 - All those who join HI and sign this manifesto undertake additional moral and ethical obligations, expressed in tolerance and respect for everyone, even those not in HI.
9 - As punitive sanctions, HI uses the Wall of Shame, where users will be placed for violating the portal rules, with an indication of the reason.
10 - If a user constantly ignores notifications from HI (on the Wall of Shame), HI has the right to contact the coordinator or Creator with a request to apply sanctions to that user.
11 - The manifesto will be supplemented as proposals from HI members are received.

Can I, Alexey? I would also like to endorse your manifesto. I understand what it is for, and by recruiting participants, it gains strength, but are there any real measures against... violators?
The problem of real measures is the most pressing. Suggestions have been made, but they haven't been heeded by the Creator. For my part, I suggested simply forming a united front against the violators – a boycott and the like.
Plus, I'm also thinking about a tournament for the GI Cup.
yeah... and it seems like there are people in the Guild who have good moderation rights on the forum.... + when the Grails become active, they can also be used as a measure to curb [undesirable behavior]...
I support the Manifesto; it’s really important. I’m relatively new here, only been around for about 2 months, but I’ve already seen a lot of negativity. So, I’m definitely willing to support everyone and join the Guild of Interpreters!
Fellow forum members!
I ask you to listen to me carefully, despite the fact that I will be talking about very unpleasant things. Our forum has always been distinguished by its commitment to fair play; no violations or cheating programs have ever been recorded. And now, trouble has come. As you know, the "The Best Hero" tournament is currently underway. And it turns out (I will prove this below) that one of the organizers, namely JOIS, is participating in the tournament under the name OJERO. In itself, this would not be considered a serious violation, but the fact is that JOIS, to put it mildly, is giving OJERO an advantage. There is a number of proofs for this:
1 - In the match against vbn, on OJERO's map, both the Rider's Gloves and the Boots of Speed were present, with light protection and not far away, while OJERO's utopia was much less protected.
2 - In the match against botinki, the same thing happened, plus an advantage in the number of Griffin Conservatories.
3 - Other tournament participants (CRASH, RAPER) noticed the imbalance in the maps and reported it, so these are not isolated cases.
All of this leads to the fact that the tournament loses all meaning, because playing under such conditions is pointless.
Now, about the evidence that OJERO and JOIS are the same person.
1 - Indirect evidence:
a) The date of birth matches.
b) The writing style of the posts matches.
c) Both nicknames are written in capital letters.
d) A tendency to use avatars with original signatures.
2 - Direct evidence:
a) OJERO's victories occur with the same advantages in different games.
b) In ICQ, the nickname was initially OJERO JOIS, which was then changed to JOIS JOIS.
c) Through Hamachi, OJERO was identified as JOIS.
d) Weak play in the first round and suddenly strong play in the second.
I believe that this evidence is more than sufficient.
And now, I publicly, as the founder of the Guild, the head of the "Man to Man" clan, and the secretary of the League of Mighty and Magic Strategists, accuse OJERO-JOIS of unfair play and using a "double" to win the tournament.
In this regard, I propose the following measures:
1 - All members of the Guild, as well as other users, should cease all communication with the person in question.
2 - All results of games involving OJERO should be annulled, or the tournament should be completely canceled.
3 - The person in question should be given a strict warning with a final warning; in case of even one more violation, they will be permanently banned.
Thank you for your attention.
I think the tournament shouldn't be stopped. We can simply annul the games involving the duplicate account and continue the tournament without their participation. In my opinion, considering the time and effort invested by the participants and the tournament organizer, it seems a bit inhumane to simply close it.

Uff, I read the entire thread...
I agree more with the opinions of IronAxe and QWERTY. This is a positive example.
There's no need to prove to anyone that you are honest, highly moral, and friendly with some kind of introduction; you just need to behave that way, and that's it.
And besides, there are already many bodies and structures; there's the LZMС, moderators in the corresponding sections, etc.
The "Wall of Shame" is a good suggestion.
I don't know what arguments you're talking about (I was only occasionally visiting the portal at that time, so I must have missed the most interesting things:smile30:), but for example, Andrey and Ta Kotoraya stayed on the portal and are even chatting (for example, the topic "Miss HeroesWorld 2007") – it's becoming a kind of local attraction.
