There was a great scene in Transformers Animated (2007):

And how can you root for anyone other than the Decepticons after that?
I don't understand how giant alien robots can be good. It's unnatural, I think. Even worse than good dragons.


And besides, the Autobots are boring. What do they have? Cars, cars, and more cars? Well, dinosaurs, okay. One tank, about five civilian planes...
No proper combat vehicles, no beasts, no monsters, no insects/spiders...

And what does their mobile base look like? A titan, an uber-unit, a wonder weapon?
