Mori is too shy and quiet; he might keep something important to himself.
Linni - it's funny that she was second only to our strongman in combat training. She's strong, and that might be all.
Towi - one joke was enough.
Latri - he's got his own agenda. He's a bit like Mori, but rather the opposite.
Xeni - it would be interesting to see her paired with Mori. They might get along if they dared to talk to each other.
El... Eli - hmm, how convenient. Judging by her schedule, she's only interested in weapons. I should talk to her about that.
Shogi - a smart and capable guy, although a bit strange. Maybe he's only interested in studying, and extra duties are not for him.
Bervi - a funny guy, he reminds me of Toutar. He seems friendly, but flighty and unserious.
Ani - she loves statistics. I sometimes forget about her. It must be uncomfortable for her to live separately from her class.
Relgi and Ifi - for some reason, it seems like they could be brothers. But Pazori was probably sent here by his parents, and he's not very eager to take on extra responsibilities.
Laiti - a gloomy type, not the best candidate for a leader.
The Upstart - he might have some leadership qualities, but with that character, there will be many problems.
Imi - he seems like a good guy, and some of the girls will definitely vote for him. Not a bad candidate.
Parfi and Azari - both are from noble families, they take their studies seriously, and they might do well in the position. But who is better?
Bert thought for a while, and then remembered that Parfi had been with him on a tour, and he liked the way she behaved. She's interested in the city, maybe she wants to know more about it and its history, and therefore about her country, which in turn is a manifestation of love for her homeland. Maybe she will someday want to make the country better and... - the elf suddenly realized that he needed to vote and quickly wrote the name Parfinora.
