We're renting a large cottage with a spacious adjacent area, group on VK with detailed information!
The cottage is located directly within the city limits, so there should be no problems with internet access and accessibility! Address: Rybatskaya, 9 (Nauka district)
For 4 days of accommodation, with a quorum of 20 people, the expected cost is no more than 3000 rubles per person (this includes a one-time wood-fired sauna session and a hot tub located outside!). This is in addition to access to the sauna inside the building (the main difference is the temperature level and the possibility of using birch branches :smile51:).
We will have a large conference room at our disposal, the building is two-story, with 18 standard beds + possible additional beds using mattresses (an additional 10 have been agreed upon) if there are not enough places, we will arrange accommodation nearby!
We will arrange with the chefs for, presumably, two meals a day (practice has shown that more is not needed, those who want to order pizza will go somewhere else) for an additional fee, prices and variety will be indicated later, as will the banquet calculation (if one is needed).
A tour of the Tomsk brewery and a sightseeing tour of local attractions are planned (again, depending on the number of participants and the possibility, given the holiday and weekend).
As has become tradition, a poker tournament is included in the program!
Preliminary entry fee for the Heroes tournament is 2000 rubles per person (additional contributions from the organizers are planned).
