In the previous tournament, in the 1/2 and final playoffs, there were 2 outcomes, 4 differences, and 6 results. Let's only bet on the main time, and only bet on extra time if we predict a draw in the main time. It's still a bit unfair to bet on a win, get a draw in the main time, and then proceed to extra time/penalties. In betting companies, these bets always differ. However, if you bet on a draw in the main time, you can predict the winner for 1 extra point. For example, team 1 - team 2, 1-1 (2-1/team 1 wins on penalties). As for the large number of draws, I don't believe that will happen.

If you bet on a win and get a draw in regular time and a win in overtime, then nothing is paid out. There is a separate bet on advancing, but the odds are different than for a straight win.

And we are betting ON THE SCORE, which in betting shops is paid out strictly without taking overtime into account. There's no need to complicate things.

You're the organizer, so ultimately the decision is yours. You have a couple of days; think it over and make a decision. Personally, I'm in favor of providing a single prediction for the match result
(regular time + overtime, if any). Without taking into account post-match penalty shootouts, of course. Points are awarded in the standard way: 1-2-3.
