Pure Annihilation would have been great here... However, he didn't have it, nor anything else that could punish me for such things. The opponent realized everything and conceded.

With the dragon, all matches were 5-0 or 4-1; I also had success with the shadow, playing at a solid four. Other classes weren't as impressive.

DN continues to push its line as the most unlucky expansion for me, flatly refusing to give me legendaries. It's simply absurd — the number of legs from it over three months can be counted on one hand, and almost all of them are useless, even though I've opened an order of magnitude more packs during this time than in previous expansions. wtf

On the other hand, Mysteria is already my third; I could make a corresponding deck, but I don't really feel like it. I already have plenty of decks for the rune (dirt, chimera, neutral, incorporeal witch, and Daria in unlim). Which is strange, as this has always been one of my least favorite classes, however, credit must be given for its variety and number of options.

What’s in the endgame?

Yeah, it's all the same. I lost the first game against Haven with a terrible draft, and the last one against Inferno on Olivia with a Deuce. I completely crushed the second opponent with Phoenix and Satan, that's for sure.

Yesterday, I also won 4-1 with Dragons. The funniest thing is, I thought I was playing badly and wouldn't win. But twice I played Evo-Cirnitra, once I played Polyphony, and I heavily used Removals, Bahichem, Lucy, and other fun cards, and it turned out pretty well.
And today, I played with Sylvan (I chose between it, Blood, and Rune), and I went 2-3. Once I won by a miracle, and the other time it was a funny game. My opponent had Barbarossa in their hand and a bunch of units on the board. I had one unit on my board. I played an Anomaly for 0, Nelcha, and put a white dress on the Anomaly. Then I evolved Nelcha, traded another unit, and my opponent had three units with 1 attack and Barbarossa with 5 attack on the board, and I had an Anomaly with 9 defense and one or two damaged units. My opponent thought for a long time. And then conceded. Damn, he didn't let me hit him in the face.

Okay, fair enough. I was just trying to categorize all the "Shades of Darkness" cards into S, A, B, C, D, and E tiers, but after crafting two cards from a single pack, I got tired and gave up. Then I started wondering how others manage to do it.

As I understand it, Arcus remains a Tier 10 unit, which means we can bury (hehe) the idea of crafting a couple more and giving crafting another chance.

Arcus has the following problems: firstly, he needs a free turn to be played. He does nothing with 7 mana, which means he needs an evolve; you can't just throw him out there. Secondly, there's the follower problem. You need a lot of low-mana followers for him to have the desired effect, otherwise, everything will just go into trades. The more such followers you have, the weaker you are in the late game, especially when Ectar rotates. Possible solutions: you need a card with enhance or accelerate that can be played either at the beginning of the game to have some effect on the board or just for value, or in the late game. Alternatively, you could have some overpowered low-cost card that synergizes with him. The effect of Arcus also manifests in the fact that after him, your board control will likely disappear because the ghosts vanish at the end of the turn. Therefore, low-mana cards that summon something to the board are desirable, just so you don't end up with nothing against your opponent's board. Of the current options, the skeleton with Mighty Hand looks relatively good, but the problem is that it doesn't synergize with Arcus at all. Therefore, to make Arcus viable, you need more low-cost cards with an effect on the board without the need for an evolve, and on fanfare, rather than like the new gold card from the mini-expansion.
