But the RL couldn't possibly come up with something bad.
Ah, if only the RL would come up with something good...

Why? It happens to other people. I read about it! YOU JUST HAVE TO BELIEVE!
If you BELIEVE and just sit around doing nothing, taking no action, then all that awaits you is decay, pain, disappointment, and suffering. However, even if you take action, try to improve yourself and your life, there is still a chance of decay, pain, disappointment, and suffering. But still, someone who takes action has a slightly better chance of success than someone who simply exists.

I've made a hellish brew! I just strained it from the sediment, and it turned out to be about five liters (I need to keep in mind for the future that the yield is much less. Although it probably won't help me, as I've already occupied all the pots during the brewing process). I haven't tasted it properly yet; I'll do that later. There's still about half a liter left at the bottom, but there's a lot of sediment, so I'll strain that separately tomorrow. Judging by the taste, the alcohol content is around 8% (as planned, I used more honey and yeast than in the recipe), it's quite potent, has a bitter taste, and smells like a fragrant and pleasant honey mash, hops, and citrus (that's the type of hops I used). Overall, the experiment is a success! You can now order mead from me. Tomorrow or on Monday, I'll have a proper tasting, and maybe even compare it with something else.

Today, circumstances allowed me to immerse myself in different parts of the past. This veil calmed me down so much. I felt alive again, which is amazing. I had completely forgotten what that felt like. I haven't felt such peace and tranquility in a long time. It's a pity that it's all temporary and illusory. And this painful attachment to the past is not a good thing, especially at my age, although...
