I've made a hellish brew! I just strained it from the sediment, and it turned out to be about five liters (I need to keep in mind for the future that the yield is much less. Although it probably won't help me, as I've already occupied all the pots during the brewing process). I haven't tasted it properly yet; I'll do that later. There's still about half a liter left at the bottom, but there's a lot of sediment, so I'll strain that separately tomorrow. Judging by the taste, the alcohol content is around 8% (as planned, I used more honey and yeast than in the recipe), it's quite potent, has a bitter taste, and smells like a fragrant and pleasant honey mash, hops, and citrus (that's the type of hops I used). Overall, the experiment is a success! You can now order mead from me. Tomorrow or on Monday, I'll have a proper tasting, and maybe even compare it with something else.
