Personally, I play as him because he has a special ability – he's a poisoner...

Sinithar. He has mana issues, just like mages.

Irranna is my choice (I'm not considering Railaga). A very fast and reliable start. Plenty of mana, education at the beginning, specialization in Fury units – nothing unnecessary!

Hmm, you won't believe it, but I usually play as...Erin or as Raileigh. Shadia is also not bad, but Iro seems more powerful; the only downside is that this power takes time to build up, but otherwise, everything is great.

In the multiplayer, I don't have any particular preferences :smile54: I take Vaishana from the start and decide on the гг based on the results of visiting the tavern. The only hero I never take as гг is Irbet :smile18:

In my opinion, Synitar is the best hero. IMHO, the reasons why I choose Synitar are described above by other users. I don't play as Letos for two reasons: 1) Letos is ugly and a freak (judging by the picture), and I am an aesthete. 2) He has a cheating specialization that wipes out enemy armies in the early stages (if it works and the battle is not against undead, elementals, or constructs).

I already said that Railag is the best, but you can’t play with him in multiplayer :(. So, my choice is Waisan, then Letos (I choose Letos for his strength in poisons, but for this, you need to level him up correctly – I struggled with this for a long time). In multiplayer, it’s convenient to use him to guard Kifru ;) if you max out his Chaos skill. I can say that I don’t like Irbet (maybe because I don’t level him up correctly or don’t know how to play with his abilities).

I play as Weishan or Lethos, depending on the opponent.
If I'm playing against Necropolis, Lethos is useless with his ability, and he also has "built-in" dark magic, which, let's just say, doesn't really suit a Warlock.
Weishan may only be specialized in Assassins, but he has luck and develops it quickly. Plus, he doesn't have any "extra" skills to acquire for his ultimate ability.

Since you can only play as Rai'lag in campaigns...

Vaishan is the best. It's very easy to capture mines with him, even those protected by Master Gremlins and Dryads in the early days. And in general, a good start is key to victory, plus, since there are many Aces left at the end, you can really mess with everyone using poison. And his luck stat levels up very nicely!

Lethos is great, but he's too unpredictable. You never know who he'll poison (or if he'll poison anyone at all). His ability is completely useless against Necropolis. I choose Kifre. Although her specialty isn't as useful early on as Iranna's, her minotaurs are a real asset in tough battles. Plus, she starts with leadership, which is a rare skill for a Warlock. This not only provides extra income but also +1 to speed, which is important in the early game because Fury units need exactly one extra tile to start attacking enemies across the entire battlefield on their first turn.

And I play... well, you know, for whom.
Rilaeg is a great hero, even though he used to be a demon.

Vaishan is simply a beast; playing as him, I wiped out an army with just Aces, and I can't believe it myself. However, this guy had golems and gargoyles, and that's where I couldn't do anything, but I defeated everyone else, and he had all the creature levels except for Rakshasas.

Agrailo-Railag is awesome; his magic is devastating, and as a fighter, he's definitely not a pushover!:smile36:
