From my class's perspective, it can be difficult against a heavily rolling Haven, and Bramblecraft hasn't gone anywhere, but overall, the matchups are pretty good; at least, I feel like there's potential to win in any match. Well, the meta is settling down. Might & Magic was dominating at the beginning because the deck was easy to assemble, but now the Portal deck has emerged, and other counter-decks have been refined.
I played a couple of times with the Aggro deck in rotation, and whether it was luck or something else, the deck is really strong. The only downside is the poor draw, so you need to build up an advantage in the early rounds, but if you wear down your opponent, then it's just a matter of reaching their face and devouring the remaining health, the main thing is to have a couple of face cards in your hand.

Haha. In unlimited, the balance is better than in the rotation. Dashka, of course, became completely useless, but even the Portal has a win rate of around 46%, and it's already a pretty big loser in unlimited.

On the magnificent, wonderful, brilliant, and generally well-known decklist site Manasurge, the following decklist is listed as a portal deck: this abomination.
An unprepared person might ask me, the grandmaster and adept of the artifact portal: "But what's the problem? This decklist isn't much different from the ones I often see in ranked and on Reddit, and netdeckers even played it in some low-tier tournament." And I will answer what I said three months ago: substituting is a terrible idea!
It's hard to put feelings into words to fully convey how bad it is, so I'll use a well-known copypasta:

A netdeck for the artifact portal is taken, but it's not thought out independently, because thinking isn't what internet users do. This skeleton is taken, dumped into a deck builder, and cards are added. A huge number of substitutions, cat-boys, sword-boys, and puppet stringers against shadows, ancient amplifiers on top are added. All of this is saved under some tournament name. Then it's pulled out of the deck builder and posted on Reddit. Then an internet user puts in some terrible cards, chooses Yvan as the leader, and starts playing. He plays like in story mode, throwing down generators until he draws Deus. He plays and mutters under his breath, "Oh, damn." Sweat is beading on his forehead. He kindly offers me to try the deck, but I refuse. Do I need to say how terrible his losing streak is? He loses so many rating points that he falls back to zero, and then his win rate in Shadowlog is less than 50%.

In general, putting substitutions in an artifact-based Deus deck is a sign of stupidity. Skip the third turn, lose tempo, get a puppet – hmm, not bad. Spend 3 PP in the mid-game and get a puppet, while your opponent spends 0 PP and deals the same 3 damage with an Ancient. And the Ancient can hit a follower with 3+ HP, but the substitution can't. The Ancient goes into your collection with Magne and Sapphire, but the substitution doesn't. Instead, it gives you one puppet that you'll discard with Deus's effect at the end of the turn.
There's also absolutely nothing to ban with it. In January, it was taken against Illusionist and Shadow, and that was also useless, it didn't help at all. Now, it's completely pointless. Who to ban, Snow White? So she doesn't discard a 1/1 from Turtle Amulet? And what prevents you from killing her immediately after she's played for those same 3 PP with a Cat Cannon? Oh, sorry, it's not in this decklist. There's no better Ancient artifact generator (first of all), in a meta with Sword Eater, Mars, a million 1-2s (secondly), and wild cries about how aggro is destroying them (thirdly) – there isn't, but there are cat-boys with ward who will crap in your artifact pool with clumsy, useless 2-3 bodies that you'll fill the board with and never feed Sapphire. Although two cat-boys are still not a big deal, before they used to put in three, but the win rate in Shadowlog was 38%.
Who else to ban, Analyzing Artifacts in Myrore? But a reasonable player (like me) won't just leave them on the board in the early turns, but will accelerate, discard them immediately in a bunch, or, in extreme cases, suicide with an Evo – like against Heaven. And if he has Deus in his hand, it doesn't matter at all. I haven't lost a single mirror match to a retard with a substitution (literally – not a single one), on the contrary – sometimes I'm playing, he's sitting on 7-9 PP with Deus's effect and a full hand, and I think – oh, it's over, he's going to clear the board and +10 to his Sapphire. And he's like – hahaha, just kidding, here are two substitutions (he bans my Analyzing Artifacts on the board with them, even though I'm already post-Deus, because they taught us in school that you have to ban followers with Last Words), two Ancients, and Ironforge Fighter, end turn.

In general, why am I writing all this, because it's unlikely anyone is interested? Because I can. Because I don't care so much about substitutions in netdecks that I need to put a final point on it. I'm not going to create a trend on Reddit, where unexperienced players with ten games played will spout common knowledge and like their own dicks. And because there's no point in playing anymore, lol, so at least this surrogate will do for today.

Actually, they aren't interchangeable with Albert. This elf is the best option for Sylvan, while Albert is better for Stronghold.

I already have a decent leader for the Sylvan faction (Arisa also falls into this category, but she's not my "husbando"), but I don't have one for the Stronghold faction. Besides, it's not even certain that anyone other than the Chinese will be able to get these characters.

The rune has a decent leadership skill, for once.
