Rhemic Empire (2) Auto-translated

I was just about to write a post, spend half an hour on it, and then accidentally hit the backspace key, only to suddenly realize that today, of all days, the browser decided to glitch and not display the information from the previous page.

Oh, never mind. It wasn't even the backspace key; it was an attempt to click the preview button when the post contained code for a YouTube player. Big thanks to the forum engine from 2006.

At the appointed time, Astel, Halmeldir, One-Eyed, Autumn, Summer, and Rudbeks used their usual underground passage and headed straight to the Tehan Quarter, where the capital's music academy was located, and where a concert featuring Akkerwald's best musicians was soon to take place. To avoid attracting unnecessary attention, they decided to carry out the capture in another part of the city, as this area had a high level of security. Before the operation began, Astel handed one copy of "Lime" to Halmeldir, keeping the other for himself. As Vesna, who bought them at "Citrus," believed, this device was necessary for the successful implementation of all stages of their plan. Having finished with preparations, Astel went inside the academy, while the rest of the team tried to stay as far away from it and other crowded places as possible, not least because many of them were wanted. When the musicians finished playing their favorite piece, Twice and Pantaleia headed towards the exit, which Astel informed his partners about. He stayed in the hall for a while longer to allow Twice and Pantaleia to go their separate ways. Then he left the hall and then the academy, after which he followed his target, regularly updating information about their location using this device, which was so useful for such missions. The wife of the first minister and Duke Larian walked leisurely through the city streets towards her home, accompanied by four people – two women and two men armed with ethereal revolvers and katanas.

-Ha, then make it 5!

— Excellent, in that case, sign this, — Alice handed Arite the contract, which detailed her assignment: eliminating the Larian dragon that had settled in the mountainous region of this province; the reward was 200,000 Rum, 2 Experience, and 1 Honor. — I look forward to hearing good news from you.

Ah, I have a feeling this will be a suicide mission...
"Hmm... I haven't dealt with dragons in my past missions yet."
-Is there any information about the monster? Its characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses?

-And while I'm gathering information and preparing for the mission, if there are any available supporters of the Empress who would like to help with this mission?
Heroist, Pless, are you interested?
Revan, is it possible to bring along any NPCs from the Sonata/Ikigai faction, or is that out of the question?

— As far as we know, it is quite peaceful and, as a rule, does not attack people. Nevertheless, its origin remains a mystery, and its possible behavior patterns are unknown to us. Considering this, and adding to it its habit of occasionally instilling fear in the inhabitants of remote settlements of the empire with its presence and stealing livestock, a decision was made to eliminate it. This is a delicate issue, as it is one of the few where the main supporters of the faction disagree, but there is nothing we can do about it. In any case, this problem is not urgent — sooner or later, we will use armed forces to solve this task, but if you think you can handle it, you can take matters into your own hands; this will be better for us and for the residents of the region. As for the specifics of the objectives, unfortunately, there is very little information, as no one has fought it before.

Hero, Ples, don't you want to?

Maybe, after our mission. It's not certain.

As a small demon walks through a snowy gorge, it jumps onto Tsukiko's back and shouts: "Let me ride on your back!"

I wish I could give Tsukiko a ride. Not on her back, of course...

/Oh, they could have bought me an enhancer with voice communication.
Spring, buddy?

spring, dude?

Did you like it?

The "child" starts gnawing on Tsukiko's head.

-- Oh, oh, oh!
The girl tries to react quickly, protecting her head with her hand.
-- It hurts, what are you doing?
"What a strange kind of yokai?" Tsukiko thought, while also trying to understand her feelings, how deeply the creature had bitten into her and whether there were any consequences other than pain and bleeding. If she hadn't tried to instill kindness in her heart, she would have considered this an attack.
The guys should come closer, so that, if anything, they can intervene immediately. They can see everything...
/So, that's the bad ending where Tsukiko's (non-existent) brain is eaten out.../

/better than you

Or better than me?

Cop, try to cut off his head.

/I initially thought about attaching it to a rock (since we're in a canyon), but okay, I'll keep trying to do good./

/do good - kill wolves

Do good by defeating undead opponents.
