I never understood who needs all these "motivational" videos. Why hope to get motivation from watching them if you don't have it in the first place? Doesn't that mean you don't need it? But this video really caught my attention.

Why shouldn't it be done? Maybe it's actually very necessary, but there's a lack of motivation. Or it's scary. Or something else. In general, the effort required isn't enough to overcome the inertia of the current state of affairs. So, they watch all sorts of nonsense in the hope of giving their desires an extra boost from the outside.
Not a very effective method. A simple parental slap or an incoherent roar from the boss works much better.

Axe-wielder? I didn't quite understand the idea. But the channel is interesting. There's a lot of pointless chatter, but the weapons are intriguing.

They also have some great videos with tests. The videos themselves are, of course, much better than Scalla's, but there is less variety.
