I became curious to know how much maximum game time you spent completing a map. My record is 1 year and 5 months :D I still remember it. The map was called Pirate Utopia (from The Price of Loyalty). I forgot that all I had to do was obtain the Ultimate artifact and started chasing the enemy around the islands. There were 4000 of each neutral creature! :eek: Each encounter with them required maximum concentration. And I'll try to remember how many creatures I had. But the count of black dragons was in the hundreds.

Hmm... My record in hotseat mode: we played for 3 months and 1 day on the S map (!). No one could defeat anyone:)

3 maps in 2 years. We played with a friend via correspondence – about 1 turn per day!

Yeah. But you only play as one side (in a union against the AI).
I'm thinking of starting another game now, but this time in the third installment!

Hmm, I remember a long time ago, during winter, we played with five people on Hot Seat mode. The game usually lasted for 1-1.5 months.

Hmm. Actually, I meant in-game time, not real time :D I didn't keep track of the real time, and there's no point in doing so.

Well, I'm known to be a bit slow. Less than 2 months for an S-map is unrealistic for me :D And the longest one...:rolleyes: probably around a year, a year and a half, I don't remember exactly, but not less than that :) The thing is, I develop very slowly, and at the same time, I can't resist clearing everything and defeating all the neutrals - I won't rest until there's not a single resource pile or non-player mine left on the map :D
