Tell me, what should we do with these crosses? It feels like no one even notices the issue. Yes, the battle is easy. But is there any strategy involved?

I watched, the battle isn't difficult, but it heavily depends on the random distribution of our and the enemy's morale, so there won't be a universal tactic here. I won only after about ten attempts. I threw the Ring of Cold at four groups of crossbowmen at the bottom, and then I attacked with an angel. In the first couple of turns, the crossbowmen are busy attacking peasants, so the angel receives attacks from only a couple of crossbowmen, even though it's standing right in the middle of them. Then, I fly around the field and try to lower the morale on the angel or on the weak groups of crossbowmen. And, under certain circumstances, the tent survives for three rounds.

Thank you, kind sir! This was like a tournament, and supposedly, battles that depend on morale shouldn't be defended. I started playing – and almost every battle was like that. Before that, you had to defeat archers with two morale levels, and so on. I am amazed by the dedication and perseverance of these guys. It's one thing to come up with a strategy (as mentioned above), and then tactics for the battles, but then to just save/load 100 times... I'm not surprised that there was even a program for morale...

The heat is on! Since there are more people now, tell me who managed to take the Griffin Conservatory? It would seem - I made a pocket with trolls, moved away with monks and just need to shoot so that the non-full stacks of trolls bite. But here's the problem - griffins eat the trolls immediately and the shot ends up being exactly 1... is it really necessary here too for the morale of the monks to drop?

I'll repeat myself, but this is just a cheap trick designed to exploit morale. It might work after a couple of attempts, or it might not work even after fifty.

I wasn't planning on completing it anyway. It seems quite simple at first glance, but why not solve some of the individual puzzles?

Regarding the conscripted units. This is also a very random-dependent battle due to morale and the damage range of the griffins. But the tactic is correct. You just need to hold the troll block for as long as possible. In the walkthrough, there probably aren't any losses among the monks, but I was already too lazy to find the right random outcome. The initial setup is as in the save file. It's also interesting to note that it seems you could take fewer monks and it would be easier to maintain the troll shield.

Yes, I used two fewer monks and finished the battle without losing any monks. The key is not to completely eliminate the stack of Royal Griffins in the middle of the battle, so they continue to support the trolls for a little longer. P.S. I struggled a bit more and managed to complete it, preserving two trolls and not losing any monks. Dividing the trolls into groups of 6, 3, and 4 solved the problem.
