Or, I might have waited for Lyde to chase after you, and then resurrected Livia under the cover of the chaos. But I don't think so, unfortunately. If I hadn't been shot at, I might have still taken the risk.

No, not quite, I understand the idea now. You run out onto the stairs, and the stairs already lead down to the first floor. That is, the windows of the first floor are only near the red guys. Tsukiko runs after Yukimura. Then, probably use the captain's dash ability.
