Not a very compelling drama. It would be better if it went like this: he goes on an expedition to become better and win her heart, goes through sewers, captivity, anal slavery, and so on. In the end, he wins her over. They get married, she gives birth to a couple of children, and then one day she tells him how she had fun in a tavern with bandits and that the children are not his, but from the alpha Dark Elf next door. The guy offs himself. The end. Although, I don't know if priestesses can have children or not.
